October 2024 Newsletter

Happy October, dear readers!

As October begins, my heart is with everyone affected by the recent hurricanes. The devastation left behind is unimaginable, and I want to send my thoughts and prayers to those in the path of the storm. If you or your loved ones have been impacted, I pray for your safety, strength, and swift recovery. During times like these, our communities often come together in remarkable ways, and I know we’ll see kindness and resilience shine through.

On a lighter note, I’m beyond excited to tell you that on October 31st, I’ll be hanging out in the Love Inspired Authors and Readers Group on Facebook! Make sure to join me for a chat, because I’ll be hosting a Halloween giveaway with some fun surprises. It’s going to be a great time to talk all things Amish romance, plus maybe share a few spooky things to get us all in the Halloween spirit. Be sure to mark your calendars and come say hi—I’d love to connect with you all!

In writing news, I’m thrilled to share that I’m halfway through The Sheriff’s Amish Return! It’s been an exciting journey, and I can’t wait to see how Evan and Isla’s story unfolds as I move toward the finish line. If all goes according to plan (fingers crossed!), I should have the manuscript completed by the beginning of November. And guess what? I’ll be calling for beta readers very soon, so if you’re interested in getting an early peek at the book and helping me polish it, stay tuned! I’ll have more details to share in the coming weeks.

Now, on to the fun things!

Did you know Her Amish Refuge is now available for pre-order?  Why pre-order a book? Preordering a book is one of the best ways to support an author! When readers preorder, it helps generate early buzz and can contribute to a book’s visibility in stores and online platforms. Preorders are typically counted toward the first week of sales, which boosts the book’s chances of hitting bestseller lists and getting more attention from retailers. In short, preordering signals strong demand, helping the author’s career and increasing the chances of their book being widely stocked and promoted! Every preorder makes a big difference. Please consider grabbing your copy today! I’ll surely thank you!

I hope this season brings you warmth, joy, and, of course, plenty of cozy reading time. As always, thank you for your support and encouragement—you’re the reason I love what I do!

Until next time, have a fabulous October—and don’t forget to join the Love Inspired Authors and Readers Group chat on Halloween!

Cheers,

Pamela

P.S. If you’ve read Her Surprise Amish Match, I would love it if you could take a moment to leave a review! Reviews are so important—they help other readers discover the book and let me know what you enjoyed most.

Amazon – Goodreads – Barnes & Noble – BookBub – Target – Walmart – Social Media – are all great places to leave a review! 🙂
